Honestly pretty much exactly as pictured. I've also been appreciating the extra piece of wood they use as backing to ensure it ships safely. It's been a very excellent mini workstation for me.

Look at the size in the description, they are good magnets but I ordered a couple with text (Desperado and Quasar) and the magnet is so small some of the text is unreadable even when held moderately close. My fault for not reading how small they were.

True to size and color request. Some slight imperfections on the image itself - not as cleanly designed as I would have liked. But the item was a gift and he was so thrilled to have proper DCC merch that the imperfections were ignored. Would definitely buy from this seller again - super friendly and fast.

I had an issue with the package delivery that was entirely my own mistake. I forgot to include my unit number on the shipping address, which caused the package to be returned to the seller. I reached out and offered to cover the cost of reshipping since it was clearly my error. The seller's response was fantastic. Not only were they understanding about the mix-up, but they sent out a replacement immediately, before the original package had even made its way back to them, and didn't charge me a cent for it. That kind of proactive, no-hassle service is rare and genuinely appreciated. On top of that, the product itself was exactly as described and great quality. Between the item and the exceptional service, I'll definitely be ordering from this seller again.

The patches showed up relatively fast and were easy to attach. The seller refunded me for one of the patches (Jug of boom) that they were unable to cleanly make and even sent the rejects to me. My only issue was that the iron on glue did not go to the edges so I had to sew them on after the edges starting coming up after washing the vest.
